Every Tenant Check done through TenantVERIFY® is given a unique 15 digit reference number

Example: TENANTVERIFY 1-23042008-1234-54

This number is e-mailed to you in the confirmation e-mail when you submit an application.

The reference number will also appear against the application in your on-line account and on our bank payment system.

We also include this number on the Report that we send you.

Always quote this reference number in any correspondence with TenantVERIFY, if you contact us by e-mail or telephone.
