All existing policies will of course be honoured to their fullest extent, but no new policies are now being issude.
We are currently working to provide an alternative and we will have one availabe very soon.

- Landlord/Agent Registers for a User Account as a TenantVERIFY® User
- You receive a User Name and Pass word for 24 hour access
- Prospective tenant or guarantor completes the Tenancy Application Form
- Landlord/Agent retains the hard copy form for Landlord's Records
- Landlord/Agent logs-in to their User Account - TenantVERIFY® Control Panel
- Landlord/Agent completes the appropriate on-line form
- Landlord/Agent submits the form and pays by Credit Card
- Payment confirmation is e-mailed back with a unique Reference Number
- TenantVERIFY® completes the tenant checks and compiles a Report
- The Report is up-loaded to your User Account - TenantVERIFY® Control Panel
- Landlord/Agent completes Identity Checks
- Landlord/Agent completes Check-in Procedures
- Landlord/Agent/Clerk completes Inventory, Letting Agreement & issues Information Pack
- Agreements signed and keys handed over - tenancy begins!
