Our Basic Credit Search is a verifiable check with one of the main Credit Reference Agencies to give a profile of the prospective tenant's financial history and to ensure that the applicant is free from insolvency, bankruptcy, debt proceedings or county court judgments.

Referencing - Basic Credit Search with Risk Analysis

  • Voter’s Roll registration details at current address and previous address (if less than 3 years at current address).

  • County Court Judgment (CCJ) or Court Decree (CD) at current and previous addresses (if applicable).

  • Details of any Bankruptcy or Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) or any other credit information of a detrimental nature.

Requests received before 12 noon will be completed the same business day, week-ends and bank holidays excluded. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm

1 - Have your prospective tenant complete a Tenancy Application Form

2 - Register for a User Account - you will receive an e-mail confirming User Name & Pass Word to Login

3 - Click on the service you require and complete the on-line form with your tenant's details - your own details are automatically filled-in.

4 - Click Submit and pay on-line through our secure bank payment system

5 - We will confirm by e-mail giving you a uniqe 15 digit reference number for each application e.g: 1-20032008-1124-12 You will also receive a bank payment receipt.

6 - We up-load the completed report to your on-line account and e-mail you an alert.

7 - You can access your account, check progress and download your report at any time.
